We had an awesome stay, the hotel was LITTLE, clean, with excellent location to the shop.

Overall absolutely amazing stay on their adventurous holidays. Extremely clean building and rooms with a balcony. Magnificent location near to the beach, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues, Nesebar and traditional restaurants; fast check-in.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The owner and staff at Persani Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. They even went above and beyond to quickly address and resolve a water problem we experienced by changing our room. Despite switching to a standard room, which was still clean and spacious, we were very satisfied. The hotel has its own restaurant, although we didn't dine there, it looked very inviting. Additionally, the hotel's secure parking lot provided us with peace of mind. The location was also great as it was a short 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach.

This place is a quiet little gem run by really friendly people. Our room with the balcony was newly furnished and we loved it. Everything was perfect as we had expected, but the bathroom felt a bit chilly. ❄️

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The room was spacious and clean, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Plus, the location was ideal - just a short walk to the beach and within reasonable distance to the center of town. The best part was the value for money, as we felt like we got so much for what we paid.

One small downside was that there wasn't enough paper in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient, especially in urgent situations. the breakfast and dinner options could have been a bit more varied.

Our room at Persani Hotel-Free Parking was spacious, clean, and modern, with a wonderful view from the balcony. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and always eager to help. The location was great, with the beach and beach party clubs nearby, as well as convenient access to minimarkets and restaurants.

We had a few minor issues, such as the cleaning lady losing the spare key to our room for a couple of days, slow water drainage in the shower, and a regular glass separating our balcony from our neighbors' balcony. However, these were not major problems.

The location was ideal, close to the beach and with a bus station right in front of the hotel for easy access to the city center. The free and guarded parking spaces were a huge bonus. Our room was spacious, bright, and had a breathtaking view. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the internet and smart TV with Netflix and Youtube were a great touch. Daily cleaning and regular towel and bedding changes were much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, and we even had our special request for pancakes fulfilled. The staff, especially Suniye, were exceptional - friendly, kind, and fluent in English. We can't wait to come back next summer! The bus station in front of the hotel was convenient for transportation to and from the airport and other nearby cities. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a cozy balcony, fridge, A/C, and a tea maker. There was even a small store downstairs open at night. The beach was just a short walk away, and the hotel was far enough from the noisy nightlife. There was a money exchange counter nearby as well. The staff was incredibly nice, and we also took advantage of their airport pickup service, which was excellent. Our stay was truly enjoyable - thank you! The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and there were no issues with the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The walk to the beach, including the protected dunes area, was pleasant and not too far. There was a great restaurant and a cheap supermarket nearby on the way to the beach. The location of the hotel was perfect, being just outside the hustle and bustle of the main area of Sunny Beach but still on the main road. The facilities were good, although the water temperature control in the shower was a bit unpredictable. However, the room had all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer, fridge, TV with a few channels. The bed was extremely comfortable, although we were surprised to find out it was actually two singles pushed together. this hotel offered great value for the price paid.

The value for money at Persani Hotel was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms, reliable AC, and great Wi-Fi. The location was just a short walk from the beach, and the staff treated us with utmost kindness and were always available to help.

Food for breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

I could "enjoy" a meal at their "onsite restaurant" and have a "drink" at the "bar". They even provided "free luggage storage". How generous!

Oh, but I was absolutely devastated by the lack of a mosquito net on the balcony door. How ever did they expect me to survive?

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the beach and the center of Sunny Beach. You can easily reach the beaches by walking and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming, making your stay even more enjoyable. The room and bathroom are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. the hotel offers free WiFi and other facilities such as a hairdryer, fridge, and TV.

The rooms are not cleaned every day, which can lead to sand accumulation. However, this can be easily managed by wearing shoes inside the room.

We felt at home at Persani Hotel, pampered and respected! We are very satisfied with the services offered! From cleanliness and attention to detail, to delicious and very fresh food! The location is close to the beach and in front of the hotel is the bus station that takes you to the city center or the old town of Nessebar. Parking spaces are free and guarded, right in front of the property. The room is spacious and bright, with an extraordinary view! The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the internet is very good, and the TV is smart. The staff is exceptional, very kind and friendly! We will definitely be back next summer!

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location in Sunny Beach. The staff at Persani Hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive during my stay. They made sure that nothing was missing and even surprised us with a beautiful arrangement and champagne. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with no issues in the bathroom. It was a short 10-12 minute walk to the beach, passing through the protected dunes. There was also a good restaurant and a cheap supermarket on the street nearby, making it convenient for all our needs. I would definitely return to Persani Hotel in the future.
